VENUE INFORMATION

• There are 6 concession windows at Spooky Nook with plenty of food and drink choices.

• No outside food or drink is permitted in the facility.

• There are also several local restaurants you can visit as well.

• No outside food or drink permitted! They will be checking bags at the door.

• The facility has two sides with two separate court surfaces. Outside chairs are ONLY allowed to be used on the teraflex floors. They are NOT permitted to be used on the hardwood court surface.

PARKING

• Parking lots 1, 2, 6 and 7 are the best for this event.

• Lot 7 is across the Black Street Bridge and will have a shuttle running to and from the parking lot to the facility all day long.

• Lot 3 is for Fitness Center and Hotel guests ONLY

• Lot 5 is for Conference Center parking ONLY

• The parking fee is $5 per day. All payments for parking will be handled at the Guest Services desk which is located directly inside the main entrance.

• This fee is collected by the City of Hamilton and is not run or controlled by the tournament staff.

• You will pay this fee AFTER you have entered the facility and received your bracelet from tournament staff.

• You are highly encouraged to pay for parking at Guest Services throughout the day whenever it is convenient for you. Doing it earlier in the day will avoid any waiting times that could occur at the end of the event.

• Prior to exiting all parking lots, you will be required to show our Parking Attendant your pass to validate payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you are one the first teams to play in the afternoon wave, we highly encourage you to park in LOT 7 to avoid congestion in/at the main lots (Lots 1, 2 & 6) as the morning wave teams are leaving. As more teams from morning wave leave it’ll open up additional spots that then allow easier flow into those lots as the afternoon wave progresses and the additional teams arrive.
