• They encourage those over-achiever team moms & team dads to purchase wristbands for all parents on their team, pick-up the wristbands Friday afternoon between 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Convention Center and distribute at the hotel Friday evening.

• Pick up times for wristbands:

  • Friday, October 23rd: 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland

  • Saturday, October24th: 6:30am - close at Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland

  • ​Sunday, October 25th: 6:30am - close at Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland

• ADMISSION LINES MAY BE LONG ON SATURDAY AM - PLAN ACCORDINGLY

• For the non-over-achievers, they still encourage EVERYONE to buy in advance & bring their QR codes from HomeTown Ticketing to the Convention Center Friday evening between 4:00pm-8:00pm to avoid lines Saturday morning.

• All spectators must be wearing a wristband to gain access to the area where the courts are at. They will have security monitoring the entrance checking for wristbands. Wristbands must be worn and not attached to a bag. Putting your wristband on a purse, bag, or anywhere other than your wrist will result in denied entry to the playing area. There are no replacements for lost or forgotten wristbands.  If you lose your wristband, leave it at home, leave it in your hotel room, etc., you will need to purchase another one.

• Complete posting of schedule and results will be available on Advanced Event Systems (AES).

•  There will be no paper posting of pool results or results computers on site.

• ​Seeding for this event is done and confirmed with the use of Advanced Event Systems results only. No outside results systems were used. No dispute of seeding will be acknowledged once the schedule is released. Once seeding is completed, we review the pools and may move teams to avoid playing teams from their club on day one.

VENUE INFORMATION

• Spectator Seating

Chairs are provided around all courts. No outside portable or folding chairs are permitted at any site.

• Concessions and Outside Food

There will be concessions available throughout each day located in the Convention Center.

There will be no outside food allowed into the Convention Center.

The Convention Center has a “No Cooler Policy”. 

Participants and spectators will not be permitted to bring cooler, bags of food, etc. into any part of the

Convention Center. 

Please inform all players, parents and coaches of this policy. 

This No Cooler Policy is not being controlled by The Nike Circuit,  It is a Convention Center Policy. 

Tournament Staff will not answer any questions concerning this policy. 

All questions and comments about this policy should be directed to the Convention Center​ staff.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any type

• Personal seats and chairs

• Coolers

• Personal transportation devices (hoverboard, skateboard, etc.)

• Oversized bags or luggage

• Outside food and drink

• All tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and vaping products)

• Alcoholic beverages

• Loud noise makers, including music, sound systems not using headphones

• Balloons

• Other items as determined by the event staff
